The Tuxedo, well known as Dinner Jacket, has a very old story.
The name Tuxedo born in 1888 when the Tobacco tycoon, Pierre Lorillard IV, a very dandyish man, was hanging out the Tuxedo Club, in Tuxedo Park, NYC, and every night he was wearing a black jacket.
Today we have many different styles for a Tuxedo: it could be double breasted or single breasted, with shawl or pick lapels. It could be black or midnight blue.
Recently, let me say, we have made one in very dark Bordeaux velvet, double breasted with shawl lapels… very unusual but absolutely unique.
In this picture Andrew, at his wedding, is wearing a dinner jacket, single breasted with pick lapels, very formal, with a special and undoubtedly unique fancy silk lining!

Few days ago popped into the shop our dear friends, devoted to Rubinacci, Mr Wei Koh, Editor of the famous magazine The Rake.
Together we went trough a lot of fabrics, from Vintage ones to the new proposal of Denim Cashmere.
In this picture, Wei is wearing a jacket, made by Rubinacci, 100% Cashmere, with a silk colorful lining from our RTW AW 2011 collection. He was really impressed by the softness and the texture of the jacket which, even if is a RTW, still maintains the features of wearing as a second skin.

I’m really happy to share with you our RTW fashion show for the AW2010/11 collection, sell out in our Naples, Milan, Rome, London Branches and in Harrods.
A special greeting is for the Naples Rotary Club, an historical business club, which gave me the opportunity, in collaboration with the new Rotaract ( the younger club) President, Mrs Raffaella Rocco, to realize this fashion show.
Each model, worn by a club member, is the perfect description of a product wearable by normal people, as customers, friends and all the ones who simply share with you the passion of having a dress sense.
